Unrelated Bone Marrow Donor Registry & HLA Inquiry System

UBMDR is a complete software solution for a HLA registry, which follows up the procedures of an unrelated stem cell donor bank, including the recruitment of stem cell donors and construction of a donor and HLA database accompanied with internal and external HLA search and matching tools. It is a web-based Microsoft .NET application and integrated with HLAsoft (HLA lab application software).

The HLA search and matching procedures for the patients are performed on the local database as well as on the national and international databases through protocol integrations. Moreover, HLA matching list is created for search requests from other centers.

UBMDR also follows up related donor (relatives) and patient procedures.
